1. Global Destinations

All international orders from the Super Nano Online Shop are shipped via Hong Kong Post.

2. Payment

All orders within the Super Nano Online Shop are settled in HKD dollars. Please note there may be costs incurred for the currency exchange by your credit card provider.

3. Packing and Delivery

All international orders are dispatched within 48 business hours.

4. In Transit

Once order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification and from then it usually takes around 7 - 14 working days for the order to arrive at your designated address. For destinations in extensive territory like Russia, Brazil and Mexico, it may take more delivery time.

Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance at your destination country.
